Mia falcone
mia is owner and founder of meezurfit, llc. Mia is an ace certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 7 years now. she also instructs cycling classes at the cycle yard and has a background in yoga instruction, all of which allow her to diversify her clientele.
she has a bachelors of science in biology and a doctorate in physical therapy.
Her focus is on functional movement patterns and exercising for longevity and optimal body function. she focuses on preventative measures to keep you moving and feeling your best. she previously competed in the bikini division for nga and npc.

Brooke Evans
Brooke Evans is a Registered Dietitian and full-time online health and fitness coach. A Master’s degree in nutrition and years of hands-on experience enables her to provide specific and personalized nutrition recommendations to individuals with a variety of disease states, dietary restrictions and allergies.
Brooke is also a Certified Personal Trainer with 5+ years experience coaching clients in all areas of fitness from sport-specific training to weight loss.
Brooke is certified as a Healthy Mindset Coach and is currently expanding her knowledge by working on a certification to become a Moderation Coach so that she can provide optimal services for clients working through tough mental barriers!

Casey Siggia
Casey Sigma is a full time Higher-Education professional with a passion of service for others. She has a bachelors in Sports Management with a certificate in health promotion and fitness from Kutztown University as well as a masters in Higher Education.
Casey received her Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certificates from ISSA in 2020 and has been helping others form sustainable habits and coaching online for the past year.
Casey was a college cheerleader and coached as both an assistant coach and volunteer coach at the collegiate level. In recent years, she dove into bodybuilding and has competed at several regional NPC shows.

Kelly Knorr is a full-time Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with 4 plus years of first-hand experience coaching clients in a variety of fitness allows her to develop customized nutrition and exercise training programs!
Kelly has fought and struggled with an unhealthy lifestyle as a teen and achieved an 80-pound weight loss. Her passion is to help others discover their potential through guidance, motivation, and training
Her primary focus is to support others to reach their goals and overcome their biggest struggles. To promote that it's not just about physical appearance, it's about how exercise heals and strengthens the mind.
